01Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using Fit Femme: Glow Quest, you agree to these terms and acknowledge our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service. You must have the legal capacity to agree to these terms, or the permission of a parent or guardian where required by applicable law.
02Description of service
Fit Femme: Glow Quest provides fitness motivation, guided workouts, quests, progress tracking, rewards, and wellness or nutrition-related features. Some features may require an internet connection or a paid subscription. Features and availability may change.
The app is for general fitness and wellness information, not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before beginning or changing an exercise or nutrition program. Stop exercising if you experience pain, dizziness, or other concerning symptoms. Automated suggestions and food estimates may be inaccurate; do not rely on them for medical or allergy decisions.
Prices, billing periods, renewal terms, and cancellation options for paid services are disclosed at purchase. Manage subscriptions through the provider used to purchase them. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. Refunds are subject to applicable law and the purchasing provider's rules.
03User responsibilities
Use the service lawfully, provide accurate information where required, protect any account credentials, and take responsibility for your own fitness decisions and device security. Submit only content that you have the right to use.
Do not misuse the service, disrupt its operation, attempt unauthorized access, infringe others' rights, or use it to distribute unlawful or harmful content. We may restrict or suspend access for violations, subject to applicable law.
04Intellectual property
The app's branding, design, software, workouts, illustrations, and other service content are owned by Fit Femme or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for your personal, non-commercial purposes.
You may not copy, resell, distribute, or exploit service content without permission, except where applicable law allows it. You retain ownership of content you submit and permit us to process that content only as needed to provide and operate the features you use.
05Disclaimer of warranties
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, accurate automated recommendations, or any particular fitness result.
Nothing in these terms excludes warranties or protections that cannot legally be excluded.
06Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Fit Femme and its licensors are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of data, profits, or opportunities arising from use of, or inability to use, the service.
Exercise and wellness activities carry risks. You are responsible for choosing activities appropriate to your condition and following professional advice. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including any applicable liability for fraud, gross negligence, or personal injury.
07Changes, termination, and contact
You may stop using the service at any time. We may modify or discontinue features, or update these terms, subject to applicable law. We will provide notice of material changes where required; continued use after updated terms take effect constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.
